Ric Has been brewing since April of '07, when he happened upon a kit at his local Kitchen Collection (while the wife was spending huge quantities of his hard-earned money). Since then, he's picked up 5 additional kegs and does his best to keep them full. He enjoys brewing with his son and sharing his brews with friends that happen to stop by.
Ric has attained the the exalted status as the Mr.Beer Community's top-poster in the forum, where he says he's both learned a lot from other brewers and had fun giving back to less experienced folks. His willingness to share his experience is an example to the rest of us, and I (for one) am grateful for his efforts! Thanks Ric!
