MR.BEER® sells both gift cards by mail and gift cards by email. As soon as you place your gift card order the gift card will either be mailed or emailed to the recipient you specify. Mailed gift cards are send via USPS First-Class mail and normally arrive within 5-8 business days. Emailed gift cards are sent immediately.
Browse our site to find the items you wish to buy and add them to your Shopping Cart. During the checkout process you will be prompted for a "Certificate Code". Please enter the code from the gift certificate into this box and click the "Add Gift Certificate" button. If the balance available on your Gift Card is less than the total cost of your order, you will be asked to provide credit card information. You can redeem more than one Certificate Code by entering it in the box and clicking the "Add Gift Certificate" button again. Gift Cards Terms and Conditions
Gift cards can be used for any online purchase at MrBeer.com.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or already redeemed.
Applicable sales tax will be charged when paying for a purchase with gift cards.
A Gift Card or Online Gift card cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards or Online Gift cards.
Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered Gift Card or Online Gift card will require a credit card for the balance due.
If you should decide to return an item within 30 days of receipt, MR.BEER® will issue a refund (if returned in saleable condition) for the full purchase price of the item. However, MR.BEER® will not refund any shipping charges associated with the initial order or the return costs. Before deciding to return an item, please contact a customer service representative to discuss other possible resolutions to your situation. You'll find that often times returning an item will not be the best possible course of action.

Damaged or defective items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please retain the box and packaging material your order came in and notify MR.BEER® within five (5) days of receiving your order. We will make every effort to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. In most cases, a replacement item will be sent out immediately.
MR.BEER® will not accept the return of any items after thirty (30) days and does not refund any shipping charges incurred on the initial order or for the return of an item.
MR.BEER® guarantees all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase. If you find any product to be defective please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
MR.BEER® products are carried by many fine large and small retailers across the country. To locate the retailer nearest you, please visit the Store Locator. Please note that MR.BEER® cannot guarantee the availability of any of our products at a particular store, so it is a good idea to call before you visit to verify product availability.
Certain items may become unavailable from time to time. Item availability is displayed prominently on the website. Back ordered items are generally only very briefly (2 weeks or less) out of stock, though occasionally items may be back ordered for longer. If an item you ordered is on back order, we will wait until the item is back in stock and then ship your entire order.

In order to redeem a coupon or discount code first browse our site to find the items you wish to buy and add them to your Shopping Cart. On the Shopping Cart page, click Checkout. Enter the Coupon Code in the optional "Coupon or Gift Certificate Code" field on the Shipping Page during Checkout. If your order does not meet the requirements of the coupon, it will not be applied to your order.
