First batch with DME 6 Months, 4 Weeks ago

Ok I am getting ready to brew my first batch with DME, Sirius DG's New Baby Beer.
2 HCCD
1 lb Light DME
1 Booster
From searching the board and reading Palmer I know tho slowly heat the DME and wait for the hot break then boil for a few min. Do I add the booster and the DME at he same time? Or wait until after the hot break? Is 5-10 min boil to long, to short? The reviews on the recipe say it's great and I don't want to mess it up. Thanks

do your hot break at 210, you'll see it go clear after about two min, then boil for 60 min. that's when you can do your hop additions. the booster, anytime after the break you can drop it in. and mix

Do I need to boil 60 min if all I am adding are the HMEs and the booster? I am not doing any additional hops in this batch.

No need to boil past the hot break in your case. I never used yankeedag's approach of keeping it just under boiling because I didn't read the suggestion until I no longer had any DME, but if I get any in the future, I'll try that approach.
I always added the DME and booster to cold water, then heated to dissolve and kept heating to get the DME past hot break.
Just make sure you don't turn your back or the DME will choose that precise moment to foam and it will foam over the side of the pot (I suppose there could be a theoretical pot that wouldn't boil over, but it foams so much, it would have to be a huge one).
