  1. I bottled the Diablo IPA couple weeks ago. Just put one in the fridge to see how it turned out. I agree with Cato on getting a cleaner beer after cold crashing. As for the stuff on top, that’s normal. As long as you followed the directions while brewing, your beer will be fine.
  2. Welcome to the hobby/forums Yuma. Before nose diving into things, take some time to read some of the topics here in the forums. Check some of the links in RickBeer’s signature. Lots of helpful stuff in those links.
  3. Welcome in to the forums Dan's Brew and best of luck to future brews you make. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. We're more then happy to help out.
  4. LOL! We definitely took a right turn on this topic.
  5. That makes two of us @Shrike
  6. Welcome into the hobby/forum. Like everyone said, READ READ READ! If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
  7. Damn man. Sucks you lost an LBK. At least you got a lot of use out of it.
  8. Your welcome Vfwrider. Hope your third batch goes well.
  9. Welcome to the hobby and the community. Feel free to ask any questions. Might want to check out some of the links in RickBeers signature. The link cover a lot of the basic stuff to get newcomers going.
  10. I don't recall the Pilsner having an apple taste to it.
  11. Welcome to home brewing SuperBoyd. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I'm getting ready to brew the Grand Bohemian Czech Pilsner again. First batch I made was good. Room for improvement but good.
  12. Glad you like the Long Play Marius. I'll give this one a try after brewing a Grand Bohemian Czech Pilsner and the American Ale.
  13. I bottle straight from the spigot. But that's my personal preference. TBH, it's up to you on how you want to bottle each batch you brew.
  14. Welcome to the community MOODY.
