    Millennium Falconers Flight Red

    From the album: Brews

Probably my favorite home brew so far. Very hoppy, dry, slightly bitter -- robust flavor. Just really good. Was solid at 4 weeks, even more so at about 6-7.

    Imperial Red Ale Recipe?

Hey, guys, I'm looking for a recipe for the Autumn seasonal Imperial Red Ale (it doesn't exist on the Mr. Beer site). Is it the same as a standard Mr. Beer recipe, only substituting the Safale s-04 packet for the regular packet of yeast? And would this brew benefit by the inclusion of an extra hops packet? Or is that simply a matter of personal choice? I'm kinda new to this brewing stuff and very curious!
