Hopped up HCCD

Just opened, and am currently enjoying a High Country Canadian Draft, w/ Pale Export, some Ancho chile powder, and 1 oz of Willamette hops that I boiled for 45 minutes. As soon as I popped the top, the aroma hit me, mmmmmmmmmmmmm, smelled awesome.....this is one of the first beers I have made that I can actually compare to some of the hoppier microbrews that I have tasted. Smoother, but very tasty. I highly recommend the use of more bittering hops to the beer mixes like HCCD and WCPA.
