I started the Grapefruit Diablo today.

Diablo HME + 0.5 oz each of Amarillo Simcoe and Citra all mixed up. Half the mix added at flameout, the rest to be added 7 days before bottling.

I also used 5.5 g of Danstar Windsor yeast instead of the MrB standard yeast for the English Ester touch :-).

 

That should  give my constituents enough grapefruit I think.

Mr Bp caught me abusing a term and I apologize for  any misunderstanding.

Steep, Boil, Flame Out are easy to mis interpret. It is all an appendage of cooking the wort.

 

Hopping as necessary.

I'm helping a guy brew today. Ehen he mentioned thst beer ny name I knew I had heard of it and turned to this forum. Lonnie says he's close but there's something lacking.
