International Black Lager

Something a little different for me -- I actually brewed this one already and had my first bottle tonight after just 3 weeks in the bottle.  This is another mostly grain recipe and features a fun grain bill, Nugget bittering, lager yeast, and turned out really nice. :)

Felt the need to break this out again when I saw the word TWANG...

Ladies and gentlemen.  Conway Twitty.

Gotta love Conway, but where is Hoppy's Shania Twang;)

Putting up my IBL against a bottle of New Belgium 1554 -- the 1554 is lighter in color, maltier, and finishes 'craftier', but mine is nearly black, funkier, and a close second!?

...and it's YOURS!
