Calidelic Mandarin IPA needs some refinement before taking on NB Citradelic.  My Hoppy CAL is weigh two dark (gee, I wonder if that is because I put C120 in it?).  I also need to lighten the body somehow (maybe flaked corn, other adjunct or booster?).  It does have really nice flavor and bitterness, but it just seems heavier on the palate (odd, considering the fact that this recipe is based on CALight).  As for aroma, Citradelic gives a nice piney, fruity sensation, while Calidelic has an almost clovey, wheaty aroma (out-dated hops?).  I will try this one again this summer, but for now, cheers!?
