can I get a abv for beer that has already conditioned in bottle

You can get an estimate based on how much malt and sugars were used in making the wort. You can look on the Mr. Beer web site too. For example if you followed a particular recipe they give you the expected ABV.

If you don't know what went in, you have no way of knowing what comes out.  Without measuring OG and FG, or knowing the exact ingredients, you have no way of figuring it out or knowing.

In other words, as @Brian N.has already stated, you can only know estimated ABV.

I will sample the brew and pronounce it fit for drinking so you may proceed with consuming it.

I'm sure I could find a pre-2015 one too 😂

"Stole"?  I don't think so.  The first time I used the "send them to me" line was in regard to unbanded Cuban cigars about a decade ago.  It's not exactly an original or hard line to come up with.
