My third brew, followed the Mr. Beer recipe. Standard 3 week fermentation time, 4 week conditioning, 3 days chilled. Very, very subtle hint of honey. Dry finish. Hoppy, but not overwhelmingly so. Head eventually reduced to a 1/4 inch. Some lacing on the glass. Good session beer. I think for this brew and my 2nd one (Oktoberfest), I left too much head space (three inches) in each bottle so upon pouring, there was a LOT of foam. Going to aim for 1 1/2 " to no more than 2" of headpace in the future.
