HoppySmile! 2,342 Posted June 7, 2016 I got an old h.s. buddy that owns a Mexican restaurant in new mexico, and he started all grain brewing at his home about 8 yrs ago to see if it's a good addition to his business and became a sensation! and of course, since he's got more money, and into the food service business , i'm sure his brewing set up is amazing. there's one photo where In the background there are about a dozen beer taps coming out of the wall. I need to go visit him and pick his brain while sampling too! Share this comment Link to comment
HoppySmile! 2,342 Posted June 13, 2016 I tell him I occasionally get hangovers from my beer, my buddy says he never has hangovers from his beer bcuz he uses minerals. is that minerals added to the wort or the water? just curious, bcuz he wouldn't answer that question Share this comment Link to comment
Creeps McLane 7,515 Posted June 13, 2016 Well if youre doing AG, then the water youre using is much much more important than with extract. I would think hes talking about his water, not beer now, from what ive learned about new mexico from breaking bad may have something to do with it too. Is his beer blue?
