No mods. Primed with granulated sugar . 2 1/2 tsps. per 1 liter as per instructions.

4 weeks after bottling, beer has some carbonation but the head goes away within 30 seconds. It's not flat but not the way it ought to be. Taste is ok West Coast Pale Ale

Just bottled the first batch last night. Looked at them today and can see no activity in the bottle. Is that normal? The beer is remarkably clear. I fermented for 11 days.
