I brewed my second batch a couple weeks ago and I was a bit absent minded while doing it. When I got to the point of pouring the booster in the water I reached over and poured the yeast packet into it. I know I probably should have stopped then and purchased some more yeast but I didn't. I continued the process. Now I know the boiling most likely killed the yeast and no fermentation occurred, am I correct? Should I just dump it all or will it be ok?
