  12. pete rose haircut wrote: I bottled my first batch of wcpa a week ago, used 2 clear bottles just so I could see what was going on, both bottles are clear except for a small bit of sediment on the bottom. the sediment on the bottom of the bottle is still trub.... from reading on the forums you'll still get sediment on the bottom of the bottles
  13. +1 to beer-lord thats a awesome LHBS that you have :drinking:
  14. I rememeber someone making a bread with the trub who has the recipe for it because iwant to try it
  15. From what I remember from someone telling me to combine 1 can WWW + 1 can HCCD and 1/2 bag of booster I have that brewing right now..... The Krausen nearly blew the lid off the LBK but it calmed down now
  16. +1 to LHBS luckily for me I have atleast 4 of them within 20 miles of me Happy Brewing
  17. I have both i just wanted to make sure its been alittle cold here in the northeast hopefully it'll go back up to 50 like they say it would
  18. well the keg is still in the basement at the moment i have a lot of Krausen in it.... it nearly almost blew off the top though luckly i have it in a cooler too the bottles i have moved upstairs where the temp is between 65-68 degrees
  19. alright cool what about the brew that its bottled move to a higher temp or leave it with the keg??
  20. and another thing is that the reason i dont want to move the LBK because theres Krausen reaching almost to the top of the lid so im gonna try the hot bottles and see of that works
