I just got done brewing my second batch, it's St. Patricks Irish Stout. Wish I would have brewed this one as my first to be ready by St. Patty's day but I'll have some West Coast Pale Ale ready by then. I was a little worried because a little bit of wort splashed out of the keg as I was pouring it in because my cell phone rang at the worst possible moment, but the OG is 1.32, which I think is ok because the instructions said at leas 1.034. My pale ale has been in the bottles for almost a week, I'm going to go at least 2 before I refrigerate them for a few days. I'm getting thirsty.
