  1. Ok so I'm thinking of adding either some fresh orange zest or vanilla to my next brew. When should I add these ingredance to the mix and will they affect the alcohol content?
  2. so i am about to make the Mexican cervsa beer kit that they have and the last batch had a real low alcohol content. i was wondering whats the best way to increase the content without making it taist horrible. any ideas? thanks in advance.

  5. So I was thinking of my last batch, a blond american ale with a brown sugar finish. I added half a cup of brown sugar and it was great, and gave you a little buzz too. What I would like to know is if anyone has any ideas about adding a bit of vanilla to the mix? When should I, how much should I add and how? Any ideas or info on this would be great, thanks.
  6. I do tend to gravitate twards darker, more hoppier beers, like Boston lager, cut throat and guennis. So my next one I will add more hopps to my next wort boil and see where it leads me.

  8. So I am thinking of adding some personal ingreediance to a blond ale mix. I was thinking of adding either oranges or cherries. Any ideas or comments about how much to add to it and when to add them. I am not new to using the Mr. Beer system, have been doing it for a little while and have decided to try some new things. Also if anyone have any good homemade ideas please let me know. Thanks X
