  1. When would you add oak chips to a batch? After pitching yeast or add after primary fermentation is done? Would I need a second LBK for that as well? Any help would be appreciated
  2. thanks. Am in Sydney. Melbourne is very cool and a very good beer scene there. Make sure you know AFL as it is a religion there.
  3. Pretty simple. Looking for a Malt extract recipe for a barleywine. Something in the 9% ABV range and at about 9 litres. Also having to use other extracts as live in Australia and Target here has recently started bringing over the Mr Beer products. Just the base range is available so far. Will be using other extracts that would be available here
