  1. 7 cases in various stages of conditioning. 2 cases fermenting.
  2. Wal-Mart in Canada sells a brand of soft drinks targeted to children called "Chubby Cola". I've picked up a few of these 7 oz bottles to use as test bottles.
  3. Like Dave, I ferment at 60F. Everything works out just fine.
  4. I think it's normal. Give it 4 weeks of carb/conditioning and everything will be fine.
  5. Practice with your empty LBK and water. Continue practicing until your technique is down. (Edit: Looks like Le Chapeau beat me to it.)
  6. Would I be correct in assuming that using wifey's Food Saver will prolong storage?

  8. I wasn't sure the first time I bottled either. So I put 12 ounces of water into one of my bottles prior to bottling. Then I marked that bottle with a sharpie and kept it next to my LBK during bottling as a visual reference. :stout:
