  1. I generally try to "loose" a few bottles of most batches to find later Specially Stouts, Saisons, higher ABV beers Found a stout that was 53 weeks old back in February It was by far the best stout Ive ever had And way better than what I had at 6 months

Gonna try this I ordered of few of the 2013 on sale
  3. Still wondering Will there be a winter seasonal?
  4. Hydrating the yeast is not necessary (it doesn't hurt either) You can just sprinkle it on top of wort It will do its thing
  5. That's odd I have looked pretty often Only thing I get from Mr Beer is the Seasonals, so Ive been watching for it Also searching this forum for "2014 Baltic Porter" shows no results Except for your reply to this post
  6. You wont hurt anything adding the DME and carapils I would use the saaz hops you might want to ferment this one little bit warmer than others ... finishing in mid to high 70s
  7. How about an answer? Will there be a winter Seasonal this year? Will Spring Seasonal be ready to drink before September?
  8. and funny you don't remember that since you posted this? Posted 23 January 2015 - 09:29 AM Joechianti, on 22 Jan 2015 - 9:51 PM, said: Yeah, we're calling it a "pre-sale" because we're offering it to the forum community before we offer it to the public (at less of a discount).
  9. That was 2013 I bought 4 of those when you did the clearance sale on them a few weeks ago That's OLD
  10. Why no Winter seasonal yet? Its Almost Spring
  11. Where is Winter 2014 Seasonal? Its time for Spring 2015 and I haven't seen 2014 Winter A little slow huh? I did, by the way, order 4 of these
  12. Let the saison sit a few weeks It should smooth out Wasting your time and money adding fruit to beer in feremnter
  13. Buy that bottle and send it my way They make good beer Better than mr beer can make on its own
  14. Why would THAT brewery care if MrBeer sales a cheap, tasteless HME that is not in ANY WAY similar to anything they make
