  1. Thank you for your reply. Out of all the replies, I think yours makes the most sense. I'm gonna ferment the next batch for 3 weeks and see what happens....because the first batch I made....was just a bit cidery and I thought about fermenting the next batch longer. Now I will....thanx again.....Paul....:~)
  2. Can you simply add some sugar to the keg(say 1 cup) to increase alcohol content?
