  4. I'm pretty sure you wanna condition it at the same temp you fermented at...so like mid 50s,, There's a link somewhere ,,I'll see if I can find it...

  7. ahh forget my question was confusing liquid measurements to dry... ? was thinking two cups of lactose was same as liquid,but it's not... How much is that by weight??? Two cups that is?
  8. in your recipe/post you said you were gonna do 2 CUPS of lactose... I wanted to make sure I was reading that right...I ws thinking of uping it on my recipe from four to six or eight...ounces..
  9. two cups of lactose??? 16 ounces....???? I've done four ounces and thought could definitely double that maybe...and how are you adding the pb2 powder??.

  12. no prob... Yea two row six row pilsen malt...I think any base malt as long as its at least equal parts .... Still learning here...
