I am new to brewing but noticed my recent brew of Aztec has a bit of a stronger alcohol bite to it? Is this normal or anything I could have done differently? MC

I have been fermenting at 67 degrees..I think I will leave it for a full 3 weeks before bottling . First brew...thoughts?
