I bottled after 21 days and this is good stuff! It is like a double IPA, not strong hoppy bite, but really wide taste and very pleasant buzz to it. Dark color, solid head that holds up well. Thanks for checking back in.
How long did you ferment? I blew pas day 14. The taste was OK. But when I tasted at day 14 it wasn't clear at all and there is still yeast floating on top in the fermenter. Coming up on day21 in a few days. So I'm getting anxious. Thanks.
