  1. It's already fermenting. I have committed a mortal sin.
  2. I'll give it a try and see what happens. I have some Safale US-05 yeast, so I'll probably use that and keep it around 65 degrees.
  3. I have a can of Diablo IPA and a can of St. Patrick's Irish Stout and I'm thinking about mixing the two. What do ya'll think about that combo? Bad idea or not?
