  1. First I'd like to start out by saying hi to everyone. Been lurking a while and finally registered. Anyway I've made a few brews so far and have been pleasantly surprised. Czech Pils, Irish Stout, Aztec Mexican Cerveza, and Longplay IPA. I'm about to brew another Irish stout and kinda want to add some toasted oats, some brown sugar or molasses, (for flavor not ABV) and maybe a lil coffee. Looking for recommendations and ideas of when to add what and how much? I've read several recipes that say add coffee at bottling and other in the wort, not to and added sugar and some with happy results. Kinda confused now. Anyway thanks in advance for any advise. Long play IPA pictured, highly carbed, used 1tsp per 12 oz
