Well I remember watching the Apollo missions live, and Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea was my favorite TV show (that and Land of the Giants).
Hey, I wasn't very discerning when I was seven. B)

56... for a few more days. Then I'll be officially older than dirt.

I don't really feel any different than when I was in my 20's except that my taste in beer is better now. :P

So you have a birthday coming up doc? Happy Birthday!
Wouldn't be Friday this week would it?
You'd share the day with yankeedag & sheppy if so.

60 on the last birthday I celebrated. But I decided to stop counting birthdays and start counting brew days until the brew days catch up.

When the thread started, I was feeling old, but I'm not the oldest here. My company had an all hands meeting recently and I learned that I'm the oldest person in the company.

53

Bunch of young pups!

I won't be born for another 2,753 years. If I ever return to my rightful time & throne, I'll be mid 50s.

I'm approaching 50, but I'm not telling from which direction.

(Okay, I turned 52 at the end of December)

You're screwed.

All our technology goes into entertainment and convenience. That and Defense. Oh and billing, accounting and ATM's.
Nothing towards what you are hoping for. As a matter of fact, time travel was never invented. You don't even exist.

Stand still! Do not approach!

Never mind, doesn't work that way I guess.
But you CAN move slower! LOL. That seems to help! :P

Looks like maybe mid 30's to early 40's for average??
At least if we've all been honest. You see back in my day...never mind.

I think Mark Twain put it best:
"If you tell the truth you don't have to remember anything."

I was wondering as well who the statistician would be - after looking at the Charts/Graphs thread my vote goes to Zodl with an assist from Brewsus. Let's get a new chart posted - average age, average batches per yr, average spent, average web posts per yr (sorry YD -your data might have to be extract so as not to skew the chart!).

I don't recall who said it, but I like this quote:

The average age I get right now is 40, but as more posts come in it will probable change, or if a different person calculates this, it maybe different.
