Bottling Seasonal Belgian Dubbel

Recommended Posts

Hello Brewers, I am about to Bottle my Dubbel that has fermented for 3 weeks. My question is what is the closest to style primeing sugar I should use? I have coopers carb drops, brown sugar, light corn syrup, or can get something from the store.

Belgian Candi Sugar... the dark variety would work great for this style of brew.
