Tried one after two weeks and its good. It will even get better, but had a light clovelike spicy hint to it.Had perfect head throughout.

What's the recipe? What yeast? What fermentation temperatures? The clove flavor usually comes from the yeast, in combination with the temperature.

That's a beautiful child. You should be very proud. Real good head for a first brew. Congrats!

Looks great in the Stroh's glass. I used to have one of those, but don't know where it walked off to.

Congrats!

You really have to look for it though! I did find some Rhinegold in my travels.

BTW
This is just the basic MB WCPA.
I didn't do anything special to it other than follow
the directions and use some advice offered here. Thanks to all
and now on to the three I have brewing and the 12 Beer Machine
bags I have to work with....Thank you Cabelas!

(I really need to learn to ease into a hobby) ;)

Oh, and there is no shortage of Stroh's in the Detroit area,
I even get it on tap at the Polish Yacht Club! I reserve this glass for special occasions :cheer:
