Whispering Wheat What to Do

Recommended Posts

I have a can of WWWB, a pouch of booster and the new golden hme. I plan using a combination of these three and those three only. Should I just pour all three together or should I use less booster or what?

From what I have heard the old WWWB with Booster (this is the old WWWB right?) could be considered "thin" so adding the LME to it should help that although the new LME's are only 8.8 ounces so it won't make it a superstar - maybe a third liner.

But that's better than a benchwarmer, eh?

One of my best batches to date was the old www hme & a can of the old golden wheat ume, plus a bag of booster. I added a half cup of lemon juice & 2 tbs of dried lemon zest at flame out, fermented for 3 weeks @ 60° using coopers wheat yeast.

Damn was that good.

Good advice, I was thinking about adding some orange zest but maybe in a future batch I will. I went all booster, the Golden UME, and the can of WW. It should be good!
