Zip, zero, nada, nilch, nein, nyet!
But, I did have a banner 2012 with more than 100 gallons. 2013 should be close to that number but likely a bit more. I didn't get a kegerator until late May so I really brewed my butt off in the summer which I rarely do.

I'm at 0 for this year (2013).

Right now I have an LBK of water sitting in a mini-fridge. I'm trying to see if I can get this to run in the 50-55 degree Lager range. The first 2 days it was sitting at 46-48 degree according to the temp strip on the side. I really want to be able to do my next one as a Lager...but I think those couple degrees below the 50-55 range won't work...so I have to adjust the inside temp and hopefully find a sweet-spot.

*praying*

I've got 2 gallons of my 1st beer, the American Light going now & I bottle (hopefully) on Monday. Got my Pilsner in the mail today, so I've already got the next 2 gallons on hot standby. Ordered the German Altbier & at the rate it's moving, I think my pilsner will be ready to bottle by the time I get that, LOL! SO, I think I'm convinced I may need one or 2 more wort kegs. That means I need more bottles. Which means MAN, I need fridge space!!! Such are the troubles of a man w. a new hobby......it's how ya know life is good. :barman:

First batch is in the keg. It is American Classic that came with the kit.

Bottled first batch on 1/26/13. Waiting on replacement LBK for second batch.

I'm more likely to keep my brew log sig updated than this post, so look there.

My brew closet called a minute ago and told me it MISSES me soooooo much. I have been in Texas since Dec 29 and have brewed absolutely NOTHING. BUT, tomorrow, JoeC has invited me down to his humble abode and we are going to brew a colab- colab together and he is gonna teach me a few things about brewing with different temperature stops, er , Rests I mean. We are gonna make a full day of this get together with a trip to Austin Homebrew and lunch & dinner with his lovely wife and dear old Sam, his 2 yr old grandson and somehow fit the brewing in there somewhere.

Again for me NADA brewed in 2013 YET.

Yep, nothing yet for me, either. Things have been wild and just now settling down. Hopefully tomorrow will be first brew day of 2013. Gonna do one LBK sized BIAB with T8r, and if things go smooth around here, maybe a second LBK, even an all extract, just to keep the pipeline alive.

Isn't there a legal limit on how much one can home brew? And aren't some of the responses to this thread over the limit? I'm just saying!

I'm not sure how seriously this law is enforced. Might be a minor crime or it might be a big deal. So please inform me so I can brag or keep a tight lip.

Do you think the Beer police monitor this site?

You live in the United States, and contrary to popular myth, there are limits on everything.

President Jimmy Carter in October 1978 signed the legislation that legalized homebrewing in the United States.

There are limits on how much you can brew; typically that limit is 100 gallons per year per adult in the household with a maximum of 200 gallons per year produced. Your home brew beer can’t be sold at all unless you have proper licenses; this means that you can’t even charge your friends a dollar to get into a party where you serve your home brew.

I had heard the 100 gallon limit before ,but the part about "per person" is good news. I'm sure my wife won't mind if I brew and drink her 100 gallons.

In my state Oregon it states:

A: One hundred gallons in a household having one person who is 21 years of age or older; or

B: Two hundred gallons in a household having two or more persons who are 21 years of age or older.

You can find you states limits here.

Today I bottled the Deluxe NW Pale Ale that I brewed a few weeks ago then brewed up a batch of the Baby Got Back. So far that brings my total to 5.0 gallons. 2013 has been a good brew year so far.

So how many people on here are putting in false amounts? ;)

If you go to the 8.5 level, that's 2.13 gallons. Not 2.15, not 2.5... Unless you're filling the LBK really full you're not doing 2.5 gallons.

If we're going for "mine's bigger" bragging rights, need to make sure people aren't using rubber rulers...

"I've brewed THIS MUCH".

I'm not using rubber rulers OR my LBK's! I noted modifications, one of which includes enlarging the batch with extra HME and DME. No cheating here!

I brew 5 to 10 AG gallon batches. Takes just as long to do a LBK sized AG. Fermentation takes the same about the same about of time too. So why not get the most bang for your time.

Just put a 12 gallons of a pils into the fementers so I am going be at 25 gallons net when these are done. After the next round I am going have to start bottling, all 6 cornys will be full.

I brew like a mad man in the winter because I have no time to brew in the summer.

STARTED brewing American Light on Christmas Day, and it brewed into 2013.....so I'll let you all worry about that one, LMAO...I don't care if it counts or not, B)

This month, so far I've brewed the Albert's Atomic Ale (which I bottled this past Monday), the Czech Pilsner(Which I cold crashed today & bottle Wednesday), & American Ale which I brewed as soon as my Albert's Atomic was bottled, LOL....cleaned it up, sanitized it, got her goin' again.

6 gallons

I'll have the NW IPA on the UPS truck as we speak & the German Wheat beer as well. Also got a 3rd LBK. Can't imagine needing a 3rd. I DO think I need a crap-load more bottles. I already have 32, but I have a feeling I've gotta double it.

Just got finished with a 5 gallon batch of Maris SMaSH with Amarillo!
Gives me 7.5 Gallons for the year so far!

Got 7.5 gallons. of Hefe working in my new 10 gallon brew pot in the snow! Gives me 15 gallons for the year!

Edit : Do to misfiguring my water volume for a 90 min boil, when I put the batch in the fermentors I only ended up with 6.5 gallons. So, I only have 14 gallons right now!

Top of the Q is 2.5 gallons, this is where I fill to every batch, I do however use a rubber ruler most of the time.

I will admit, I'm putting in false numbers. Since I am a product of the North Carolina Public School system, all those decimals and such just too much work, so I round down to two gallons.
