WRONG ....
Not legal in Mississippi until July 1st

Has not passed full Senate in state of Alabama
passed committee vote a few weeks ago
Expected to pass full senate

It is great news and hopefully will pass in Alabama in next few weeks

While it is not legal to homebrew in MS till July 1st, probably not likely anyone cares if you do

it is a law it is just waiting down the time set to insure everybody gets the word, but it is law. it will take the same effort to change it now as it would if it became legal last year. this is just a hold over from an era when communication was a little more problematic. alabama however still has some hurdles to clear. hopefully we'll finally see an end to the proabition laws. it was a bill until he signed it then it became a law. this is knida simplistic and about federal but holds true on a state level.
