Letting the pipeline grow

Recommended Posts

It's tough not drinking the fruits of my labor, but in an effort to let the pipeline grow a bit I'm trying to lay off the homebrew for a couple weeks. Tonight, it's a glass (or three) of my dads homemade dewberry wine! Hand picked, wild berries and everything. The stuff's legit!

I miss the Black Berry wine we use to make up in Washington.

Man, I sure like me some blackberry brandy!

Just curious is there a place for liquor brewing and distillation here @ Mr. B??

I don't think so, buuuuut you did mention some brandy, and I brew moonshine and other high proof spirits now and then

I'd also like to mention that a good distraction from wanting to open and try your beer is to come here to the :borg: and read the threads. I know it helps me to come here. I get to come here and share while I learn.

:chug: Lots of fun!

I'm the total opposite. Every time I come on here I find my mind turning to my homebrew. For some reason I can't read about it without my mouth watering. Before I know it someone has posted a pic of their latest and greatest homebrew and i'm off to the fridge to crack open a cold one...

i often daydream about hitting the lotto so i can not have to work unless i wanted to. i'd get a piece of land by a lake with a smallish cottage... a canoe... and do tons of homebrewing all the time. at night, sitting on the porch with the missus, a glass or twelve of ale, a nice pipe of tobacco... and watch the world go by.

if only....

anyway, if all goes well by month end i'll have a 9 gallon pipeline of assorted beer.
