Cinnamon Staggerback Stout

I added 1 teaspoon of powdered cinnamon to the Mr. Beer Staggerback Stout recipe (added at the same time as I was adding the brown sugar). Fermented 2 weeks in LBK and another three weeks in bottles.
It turned out AWESOME! Just in case anyone was thinking of doing that.

Interesting. Glad you were happy with the addition. I have some staggeeback stout that's been in bottles for over four months and it's better every time I taste it! Don't be afraid to let some condition for a few months if you can save a few bottles. Of course if its AWESOME already, its pretty hard to save any!
