Star San

I am bottling for the first time using Star San. It foams well.

Do I need to get all the foam out? How much foam left in the bottle is too much?

The foam is Ok.  As they say, "Don't fear the Foam."

If particularily foamy I tend to let it sit on my bottling tree to get the "chunks" out but do not fret the small stuff when using Star San.  For the most part I tend to use StarSan on brewing days and OneStep on bottling days.
