I need help with fermentation time!

Hello All,

I know this is probably a very dumb question but I cannot find the information in my LBK starter kits instructions. How long do I ferment in the keg/fermenter before bottling? If I ferment/brew longer will the alcohol content go up? Please HELP!

Generally, two to three weeks in the fermenter (unless you have a hydrometer and can do readings to see when things are done) at 65-68 degrees.  Then four weeks in the bottle at room temps before moving to the fridge.
