Dave Barleycorn 94 Posted August 3, 2015 I have set up a fermentation fridge to hold both of my LBKs, and have set the temperature controller for 66-68 degrees. I know some of you have temperature controllers as well. Could you share with me what temperature ranges you use?

slym2none 853 Posted August 3, 2015 I'd personally keep it at 63-64 for most brews.

Slim50 10 Posted September 21, 2015 Anybody have a part # for a temp probe that works with the Stc-1000 ?
MnMBeer 142 Posted September 22, 2015 I will soon have a lot of input on this subject. I am constructing a 2 LBK beverage fridge but I use Programmable Logic controls. We can observe the wort Temp @ specific STC-1000 settings and get the real picture. Working on emptying some of my stock right now for the bottling day. Hope to get some photos put together of the build soon. We need a sticky on this subject. Most temp sensors read 0-10K ohm, Older systems used 0-3K ohm (honeywell). I think any 10K ohm thermister will work, If you use a thermocouple then a 4-20ma controller is present and has 3 wires. The STC-1000 is a thermister.
