Dads cream Ale

Recommended Posts

Fermenting now for 2 weeks should I let it go anther week? And how much sugar? I read 3/4 tsp. and 1 tsp.

3 weeks is always best. The amount of sugar depends on the size of bottles. Refer to the priming sugar chart below.

I would let it sit another week, whether or not it has met the expected final gravity, and the F.G. has not changed in a few days.
