I had a problem with an order that I recently placed, and our very own Tim was all over it!  He resolved my problem within 2mins!  Just wanted to give kudos to Mr. Beer customer service, and thank Tim.

my recent order came in the day before - I was missing a packet of Hallertau hops.  started a ticket yesterday and no joke, within about two minutes got a shipping notice about the packet being sent out!
