Problems ordering bogo

My wife ordered the American ale bogo and made sure two were in the cart the discount showed up on checkout but in her email confirmation it only shows one American ale not two and then she got an email saying she left something in her cart but there isn't anything left in her cart are we going to actually get two for one on this sale? I have to do everything I can to comfort my wife as this is really bothering her on her first experience ont he website.
